1. B2B Wholesale Scope & Services

Welcome to Hangzhou Tiaosheng Trading Co., Ltd. ("Tiaosheng Trading"). These Terms of Use govern all commercial B2B transactions, inquiry submissions, OEM/ODM custom orders, and usage of our official website. By placing an inquiry or order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pricing

• All product prices displayed or quoted are FOB/CIF wholesale prices based on volume tiers.
• Standard MOQ requirements apply per item category (typically 100–200 pcs depending on material and customization requirements).
• Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.

3. Samples & OEM/ODM Prototyping

• In-stock sample dispatch: 3–5 working days upon request.
• Custom OEM/ODM sample development: 7–14 working days following approval of tech packs/artwork.
• Sample fees are fully refundable upon confirmation of bulk production orders meeting target MOQs.

4. Production Lead Times & Quality Inspection

Bulk production standard lead time is 20–25 days following pre-production sample approval and deposit confirmation. All goods undergo 100% inline and final AQL 2.5 quality control inspection prior to packing.

5. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, catalog graphics, and website design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Hangzhou Tiaosheng Trading Co., Ltd. Clients are authorized to use high-resolution product imagery for retail marketing upon placing valid wholesale orders.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and international trade practices under Incoterms 2020.
